this is our first crop of scrumptiously sweet, ripe, ruby red moneymaker tomatoes...
mixed with a handful of lush home-grown aromatic basil leaves...
and drizzled with a generous splash of extra virgin olive oil....
Truly delicious- and just what we needed after our dubious diet of cheesy chips and clotted cream fudge on holiday!
